I had a fantastic experience at this place! The location was so convenient, just a short drive away from the port and a popular mall. The staff here were amazing, especially the lady at reception and the housekeepers. They really made me feel welcome and provided excellent service.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Harbour bay ferry was situated on the doorstep. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like wey wey live seafood that was only 10 minutes' walk away

The service and the surrounding atmosphere is fantastic. But the problem I supposed to check in on the 1 Dec 2012 I couldnt make it and would like to booked another reservation on the 29 Dec 2012. I would like to check with you will I get the refund of the booking on the 1 dec 2012 which I didnt turn up due to my parent admit in hospital please advice. I call yesterday the reservation dept staff but she could not give an accurate answer I check with the bank they are holding with the monies regard to the booking that I have done. I would like to booked a reservation dated 29 Dec 2012 for 1 nite please confirm. Since I have been staying there few times and booked directly. I will recommed all my working colleague from singaproe as well as other country to Pacific Palace Hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast with many varieties of food to choose from. The swimming pool is clean and big, offering a relaxing experience. The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom.

The hotel has a strict rule regarding the mini-bar fridge. It is external locked, and guests need to pay a deposit to use it. All drinks inside it will be removed unless the deposit is settled. Unacceptable, casting aspersions on the integrity of all guests.

Internet down and no one coming to solve the issue after calling 3 times to the operator and I had been waiting 4hours in the room. Finally was told that whole hotel wlan cable connection was down.

despite staying at the seven floor , music from the club could still be heard throughout the night. shuttle services indicated on Booked.net however it was not provided, we are being overcharged for the short distance travelled.

During my Easter getaway, I was pleasantly surprised by the various complementary offerings that I received during my stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide range of food choices to suit different dietary preferences. the front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful in providing clear directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. The location was also quite convenient, with several marts within walking distance, and easy access to the ferry terminal making it simple to explore the area. Lastly, I was thrilled to enjoy a relaxing massage at the spa without having to leave the hotel.

There were some aspects of the hotel that were discouraging. the cleanliness standards were not up to par as both the rooms and dining area were not as clean as I would have liked.

Food getting less attractive and not many restaurant or places for kids like playground or kids club or arcade .

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, with a quiet atmosphere that made it perfect for families with little kids and friends to relax at the Neptune bar. We enjoyed the pool area and the ship-inspired shape of the building as well as the thematic interiors. The customer service was friendly and sufficient.

Conveniently located near to Harbourbay ferry terminal, about 10mins walk. The rooms have good view of sea and the sunset. The facilities are well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly providing tips on shopping and dining.

Its not within walking distance from nearest Shopping area. will be good if hotel can provide free shuttle to Nagoya Shopping mall. hotel taxi charges is pricey, much more than the flag down taxi. The room TV is a bit too small.

Staff able to handle complaint effectively and were not rude

It was not made clear before booking that the pool was under rennovation. Also the hotel had the feel of a has been 4* hotel. Much rennovation required.
